Exercise in the Pool

You can come along for a group exercise class in a warm indoor pool, run by our Physiotherapist.  The exercise is performed in a shallow pool.  Exercise in the pool gives many benefits, as the water assists with resistance and support. It is a great low stress water workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and flexibility.

The session is held on Thursday afternoon at 2pm.

This activity is not available during the school holidays.

 There is a class fee and participants need to become financial members of the Centre.
