Gentle relaxing exercise for all ages
Tai Chi is a gentle relaxing exercise for all ages. It combines gentle flowing movements with breathing and relaxation techniques. The program here at the Centre is specifically designed for people with stiff joints and arthritis. For general safety we require that participants are able to walk independently or with a walking aid.
A qualified Beenleigh Blue Care Therapist runs this free Tai Chi class in our activities room on a Wednesday morning. Sessions time 9.30am to 10.30am.
